1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoices intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, installed, or altered.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene concerns once opened (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear images or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

4. Return Process

  • Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if required).
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be requested for refund processing.

6. Replacement Option

  • If preferred, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the return policy will apply.
